1. The service

misfit is a personal styling tool that analyses photos and answers to suggest a colour season, a Kibbe style family and wardrobe guidance. It is currently in beta and is offered free of charge.

2. Beta and availability

misfit is provided on an as-is and as-available basis during beta. Features may change, break or be removed, results may be recalculated, and downtime or data loss can occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3. Guidance only — no guarantees

Colour season results, Kibbe style analysis, wardrobe scoring and outfit suggestions are subjective guidance generated in part by AI. They are opinions, not professional, medical, psychological or financial advice, and they are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or suitable for you. Always use your own judgement before making purchases or other decisions based on misfit's output.

4. Your account and content

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must have the right to upload every photo you submit, and you must not upload photos of other people without their consent.
• You keep ownership of your photos. You grant us a limited licence to process and store them solely to operate the service for you.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content, and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service.

5. AI-generated content

Some garment images are AI illustrations, clearly labelled as such. They represent an idea of a piece, not a real product for sale, and no seller, price or availability is implied.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, wasted expenditure or lost data arising from your use of misfit. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual duty, limited to typical foreseeable damage.

7. Termination

You may stop using misfit and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if the service is discontinued.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version; the date above shows the current one.

9. Governing law and contact

German law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and without removing mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions: misfit@misfitapp.com.
